Directions
Blend the pineapple juice, ice, and Prairie Farms pineapple upside down cake yogurt together until a slushy texture is formed. Add the pineapple, coconut milk and blend till lightly smooth. When using fresh pineapples, add them before adding the coconut as it may take longer to blend the pineapple pieces.
