Ingredients:

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz Prairie Farms cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Substitute (Examples include Stevia or Erythritol)

Brownies

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Substitute (Examples include Stevia or Erythritol)
  • 6 Tbsp Prairie Farms unsalted butter
  • 4 Oz Unsweetened baker's chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and butter a 8x8 pan. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until whipped. Mix in egg, vanilla and sugar substitute until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until mixed. Stir in sugar substitute and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter and chocolate in a microwave for 30 second intervals stirring between heatings, until chocolate melted. Add vanilla, salt, baking powder and melted chocolate to bowl with the eggs and stir well.
  • Slowly stir in coconut flour.
  • Once mixed, spread 3/4 of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth over brownie mixture. Spread the rest of brownie mixture on top of cream cheese mixture to create a marbled look. Add heavy whipping cream.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick into center comes out clean.
