Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
Acai Bowl
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 1/2 Cup blueberries frozen
- 1/2 Cup strawberries frozen
- 3/4 Cup Prairie Farms whole milk
- 1 6 oz Prairie Farms Whole Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Acai Powder
Toppings
- 10 blueberries
- 10 raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp granola
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 6 Mint fresh leaves
Directions:
- In a blender, combine all acai bowl ingredients. Blend on low until smooth, add additional milk when needed.
- Divide acai smoothie into two bowls. Garnish both bowls with topping ingredients and serve immediately.
