Chocolate Chip Cloud Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 ⅓ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 8 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese softened
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375℉. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, abode 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
- Beat in vanilla and eggs. Gradually sift in flour mixture. Beat until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop and drop rounded mounds of dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cookies have puffed up slightly and edges are lightly toasted in color.
- Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
