Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup (6 oz) Prairie Farms Lowfat Strawberry Banana Yogurt
  • 1 Cup spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup kiwi fresh sliced
  • 1/2 Cup mango fresh sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and grind until well combined, about 20 seconds.
  • Divide mixture among reusable freezer pop molds. Place a popsicle stick into the center of each cup.
  • Place molds into freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
