Peanut Butter Silk Pie
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter smooth
- 4 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese room-temperature
- 1 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar divided
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust 9-inches
Chocolate Ganache Topping
- 4 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
- In a large bowl, add peanut butter, cream cheese, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Beat using a stand mixer or hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.
- In a second large bowl, add heavy whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract, sour cream, and remaining ¼ cup of powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add the peanut butter mixture to the whipped cream. Gently beat on low speed until fully incorporated. Once smooth, pour the filling into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Chocolate Ganache Topping
- Add the chocolate chips to a small bowl. Heat up the heavy cream in the microwave or on the stove just until boiling. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 5 minutes. Stir until completely smooth.
- Add ganache to a piping bag with the tip cut off. Drizzle the chocolate over the top then return pie to refrigerator. Once pie has set, serve and enoy!
