Pumpkin Pie Chai
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- a pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Whole Milk divided
- 1 cup Chai Concentrate divided
Directions:
- In a small glass, add heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Use a milk aerator to blend ingredients until thickened into a foam.
- In 2 serving glasses of choice, add a half cup of milk to each cup, followed by a half cup of chai concentrate in each. Add the desired amount of ice to both.
- Top both glasses with the pumpkin pie foam. Enjoy immediately!
