Ingredients:

  • Prairie Farms Small Batch Premium Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
  • 2 Peaches, chopped and pitted
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water

Directions:

  • Place chopped peaches in a mason jar and set aside.
  • In a small sauce pan, stir together water and sugar. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes and let thicken.
  • Remove from heat and pour into mason jar. Seal and macerate peaches for at least 1 hour. Spoon over a bowl of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
