Vanilla Ice Cream with Peach Syrup
Ingredients:
- Prairie Farms Small Batch Premium Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
- 2 Peaches, chopped and pitted
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water
Directions:
- Place chopped peaches in a mason jar and set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, stir together water and sugar. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes and let thicken.
- Remove from heat and pour into mason jar. Seal and macerate peaches for at least 1 hour. Spoon over a bowl of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
