In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and onions. Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until well browned and edges start to crisp.
Turn heat down to low, drain excess grease, then stir in spices, and lastly the Jalapeno Fiesta Dip. Blend well. Simmer an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assemble taco salads by layering on a plate or a deep bowl tortilla chips, lettuce, and spoonfuls of prepared taco meat.
Top with shredded cheese, sprinkles of diced tomatoes and Jalapeno slices as desired.
Garnish with sour cream, and fresh chopped cilantro, and/or prepared salsa. Enjoy!
