In a small glass, add heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Use a milk aerator to blend ingredients until thickened into a foam.
In 2 serving glasses of choice, add a half cup of milk to each cup, followed by a half cup of chai concentrate in each. Add the desired amount of ice to both.
Top both glasses with the pumpkin pie foam. Enjoy immediately!
